Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or a product that arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with the review process, please provide:
- Order number
- Product name
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Approved claims may be eligible for replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
For quality assurance and safety reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products with damaged seals
- Special-order items
- Clearance or promotional items
- Laboratory supplies
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
Refused or Returned Shipments
If an order is refused, returned due to incorrect shipping information, or returned by the carrier, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment can be arranged.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Chargebacks
